ABOUT US
EKS was established in September 2002. Our aim is to help people find a happy and fulfilling career. We provide training, career guidance and counselling for young people and adults. We operate both on national and European level and we have successfully coordinated numerous European projects in the field of adult learning.
What we do
We run both open courses and courses for professionals (career practitioners, teachers, social workers, psychologists).
We offer individual coaching.
We provide special programmes for disadvantaged groups like migrants, long term unemployed and mothers on parental leave, helping them to restart their careers and rediscover their self-esteem.
We publish training books about career guidance.
We have been awarded the National Career Guidance Award (2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2024).
We earned the European Commission’s Golden Star Award (for projects in the field of active European citizenship) in 2006 and The Centre for International Cooperation in Education Award in 2019.
