Eva’s key areas are communication and human resources. She likes to share her knowledge and the tips and tricks that she has gathered since she founded EKS. This does not apply only to her courses – she also has a long record of training PhD students, postdocs and teachers at the University of Economics and the University of Chemical Technology in Prague. Eva also uses her experience in establishing and developing branch networks and she is accomplished in the implementation of assessment and development centers. For the Institute for Planning and Development of the Capital City of Prague, she set up a new system of employee evaluation and a system of recruitment and job interviews. She has appeared on the radio, television and at the General Assembly of the UN Committee, so she knows well what stage fright is and how to handle it. Her strengths are interactivity, focus on practice and, last but not least, humor.
