Kateřina has long been involved in psychology, counseling, coaching, and applying this knowledge to personal and professional development. She studied Counseling in Vocational Education and Andragogy (adult education). She completed professional coaching training (the “RE Coach” program based on the competencies of a coach according to the International Coach Federation), which was absolutely crucial in her life. She is currently deepening her professional knowledge by studying for an MBA at the British Business School in the Sociology and Psychology program.

She is also the co-author of coaching workshops for schools that focus on career education and personal development. Thanks to her passion for coaching, career counseling, education, and psychology, she guides adults and adolescents through difficult decisions, helps them discover their hidden potential, and supports them in finding their personal strategy on the path to a better future.

Kateřina is always open and flexible in her communication. She sees each person as a valuable individual, which is why her approach to clients is always tailored to their needs.
