„ŘEKNI MI A JÁ ZAPOMENU, UKAŽ MI A JÁ SI ZAPAMATUJI, NECH MĚ TO UDĚLAT A JÁ POCHOPÍM.“

Lenka studied culture and social anthropology and she stared focusing on education of adults in 2012. In EKS she works as a career counsellor and lecturer of professional and personal development courses. In her work she applies empathy and creative approach and she is not afraid of change. She likes to learn from practice and her clients are a source of inspiration for her future work. She is a holder of the Swiss CH-Q Certificate in assessment of qualities and competences and in career and education planning at level 1. Also, she has earned a certificate in E-career+ Educational and Career Counseling from the National Institute for Education. Her other qualifications include the Experience-based Career Counseling course based on Thomas Diener’s method. Lenka’s professional development has also been significantly influenced by study visits in Sweden and in the UK.

CAREER COACHING

Lenka specializes in personal and professional development group courses. She encourages her clients to discover their talents and she helps them find ways how to apply them. In her practice she prefers to use creative techniques, which allow the clients to see their “problems” from non-traditional perspective. She contributed to the publication “Navigating the World of Work”, which is a practical guide for all those who are looking for a job or thinking of changing their careers.

COURSES FOR CAREER COUNSELLORS

Lenka shares her experience from consulting practice in her course for career counsellors. She advocates interactive approach to education and that is why her courses give space to all participants to get involved. Her practical training for career counseling in practice uses proven techniques of working with clients and foreign inspiration, especially in the field of mapping competences. Lenka also participated in the creation of the “Practical Guide for a Career Counsellor in the 21st Century,” intended for career counsellors at schools, labor offices and in both non-profit and private sectors.
