Deputy Director of EKS. Psychologist, career counsellor and an experienced manager. Martin began his career by coordinating major European projects, but soon afterwards he became involved in EKS, where he has been enjoying the opportunity to help clients fulfill their potential for the last 6 years. Initially, Martin continued project management but in the last few years he is also providing individual coaching, development centers and CH-Q courses. Last but not least, he is also involved in the strategic management of the marketing section, in recruitment and in the student internship program.
