From her childhood dream of becoming a nurse, through flight attendant and change management and internal communications consultant, to career advisor and lecturer. This is how Renata’s professional journey could be summarized. During this time, she participated in many self-development activities to find out where her heart lies in this world. She used her parental leave to complete training in somatic coaching (according to the standards of the International Coaching Federation – ICF) and thus came closer to being able to witness how “a seed grows and gradually becomes a spreading tree.” At the same time, she wants people to know themselves well and be able to use their uniqueness and strengths to live fulfilling lives. That is why she began studying Career Counseling at the Faculty of Humanities at Charles University and the Center of Competence. In addition, she is a certified yoga instructor (FISAF and Integrated Yin Yoga with Jade Wood and Emily Baxter).

She helps her clients on their (not only) professional journey to discover their potential, look for opportunities for further steps, put together “action plans,” and supports them in difficult decisions. Clients especially appreciate Renata’s ability to actively listen and be present with them with a great deal of empathy.
