Registration for Career Coaching

Your registration for a consultation becomes binding once the appointment is scheduled via phone, email, or online form and confirmed by us. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.

You may cancel a consultation without a cancellation fee up to 24 business hours in advance. For Monday appointments, cancellation must be made by the preceding Friday. If this condition is not met, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of a two-hour consultation will apply.

In case of coach unavailability (e.g., illness), EKS reserves the right to reschedule, assign a substitute coach, or cancel the consultation free of charge, subject to mutual agreement.

 

Registration for Career Counselor Courses or Soft Skills Courses

Your course registration becomes binding once submitted through the registration form („Submit“ button) and confirmed by us. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.

Short courses (1–3 days):

You may cancel without penalty up to 14 calendar days before the start date. The full fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the start date, or failure to attend, will result in a 100% cancellation fee. This also applies if registration occurred less than 14 days before the course.

Longer courses:

Cancellations made more than 60 calendar days before the start date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 60 and 15 days before the course incur a cancellation fee of CZK 1,000.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Changes:

Participant-requested date changes less than 14 days before the course may be accommodated for a fee of CZK 1,000 (applies to one-day or longer courses, or individual sessions within a course).

If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute participant.

Course fees include study materials and light refreshments. Accommodation and meals are the responsibility of participants.

Payment is handled via a pro forma invoice, typically issued one month before short courses (1–3 days) and two months before longer courses. Earlier payment can be arranged by agreement.

EKS reserves the right to change the instructor, date, or location of a course, or to cancel it entirely for organizational reasons. Participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance for short courses and 14 days in advance for longer courses.

Custom Training Orders

Your order becomes binding once a written agreement is confirmed by both parties. Either party may use its own order form template.

Cancellation free of charge is possible in writing up to 21 calendar days before the first scheduled session.

Cancellations made 20–6 days before the start date will incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date will incur a 100% fee.
